1. ACCEPTANCE

By ordering, you agree to these terms.

2. DELIVERY

• FREE delivery within Eindhoven municipality only
• Delivery outside Eindhoven available for additional fee
• We contact you via WhatsApp to schedule delivery time
• Delivery within 24-48 hours of order confirmation
• You must be available at scheduled time
• Inspect tree immediately upon delivery - report issues within 2 hours

3. PAYMENT

• Payment required before delivery (Tikkie or specified methods)
• Prices include VAT
• Order confirmed when payment received

4. PRODUCT QUALITY

• We guarantee fresh trees at delivery
• If damaged/defective/wrong product: report within 24 hours with photos
• We'll provide replacement (if available) or full refund
• Does not cover: damage after delivery, normal needle drop, improper care

5. LIABILITY

• Our liability limited to amount paid
• Not liable for indirect damages or issues from improper care after delivery
• You're responsible for proper care after delivery

6. PERSONAL DATA

• We collect name, address, phone, email to fulfill orders
• WhatsApp used for delivery scheduling
• Not shared with third parties except delivery personnel

7. DUTCH CONSUMER LAW

Under Dutch law (Article 6:230p Burgerlijk Wetboek), perishable goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Christmas trees are perishable products.

8. GOVERNING LAW

Dutch law applies. Disputes subject to Dutch courts.

10. NO RETURNS POLICY

• Christmas trees are perishable - no returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery
• Exception: If tree arrives damaged/dead or wrong product delivered, contact us within 24 hours with photos for replacement or refund
• Natural variations in tree appearance are not grounds for return
• Change of mind not accepted after delivery
